Throughout the 2022-23 School Year, our district developed a new Strategic Plan to keep FSD's educational mission moving forward, both now and well into future school years. 

The mission as defined in our Strategic Plan is clear: ... to provide each student, to the fullest extent possible, a fund of knowledge, skills, positive attitudes, and ethical values with which to understand the world, gain productive employment, and successfully manage the change the future will bring.

The process we used three years ago for developing this plan included asking for input from students, staff, parents, and our community, and then facilitating collaborative sessions with representatives of these groups, the Board of Education, and our Strategic Planning Leadership Team. 

Since then, we have maintained ongoing, informal reviews to benchmark our progress toward the goals in our Strategic Plan - and now it is time to ask YOU for your input once again.

Your opinion will not only help us keep our current Strategic Plan on track, it will also guide the new revisions which will anchor our work over the next 3-5 years.
