The FSD Leadership Team met on Sept. 28 with Dr, Mario Acosta to begin digging into the student, staff, and parent data received from our "High Reliability Schools" Level 1 survey on Safe and Collaborative School Culture.

"We're grateful to all of the stakeholders who provided input on this survey," said Superintendent Grant Hegenauer. "It's wonderful to have so many people step up who are eager to celebrate our district's areas of strength and work together on our opportunities for improvement."

The recent survey on Safe and Collaborative School Culture was just the beginning. There will be additional surveys throughout the school year.
